Hi, I’m Labrini!

Growing up in a Greek family, I was immersed in the principles of the Mediterranean diet from a young age. Balanced and healthful cooking was a cornerstone of my upbringing, and it wasn't until I moved abroad that I truly appreciated the impact those habits had on my health and wellbeing.

During this time, I struggled with vitality issues like fatigue, systemic stress, and hormonal imbalances that significantly affected my skin. This realisation became the catalyst for my journey to becoming a nutritionist, with a focus on skin health.

Reintroducing the Mediterranean diet into my life brought about noticeable changes in my skin, it played a major role in healing my acne and eczema. Now, at 36, my focus has shifted to building a strong foundation for long-term skin health, resilience and vitality.

My skin feels vibrant, my barrier is strong, and the benefits of this way of life extend far beyond my skin, and I want to share that with you too!
